Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 71000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use 71000's services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 71000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation and Security

To use 71000's services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account under the same user is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Never share your account information with anyone. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. 71000 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 71000 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure
• Using another person's account without valid authorisation
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
• Committing any form of fraud in transactions or wagering
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account termination, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

71000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.

Account suspension may occur temporarily while an investigation is in progress. During the suspension period, users will be unable to access their account or perform any transactions. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated. Otherwise, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be withheld depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 71000 customer support team. Once an account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, graphics, and software found on the 71000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written consent from 71000.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 71000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

71000 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
